WELCOME
You've arrived at this moment in life where something underneath the surface is asking to be heard.
Maybe you've spent twenty years building a career, raising a family, paying the bills, showing up for everyone. Maybe from the outside, it looks fine. From the inside, there's a quiet question that won't go away.
"Is this all there is?"
That question isn't a midlife crisis. It's an invitation.
Whatever you're feeling, whatever you're carrying — there's a place for you here. To feel safe. To breathe. To begin the next part of the journey on your own terms.

I'm Rick.
I'm a fulfillment coach and the author of The Circle of Strength. I'm also a husband, a father of two daughters, a former remodeling contractor of forty years, and a man who has rebuilt himself more than once.
I came to coaching the long way — through loss, through fatherhood, through hard chapters I almost didn't survive.
Fulfillment isn't something you find. It's something you create — one meaningful moment at a time. And those moments, lived with intention, create an atmosphere. A kind of positive, intentional energy that changes everything around you, including you.
I don't believe in transformation in 90 days. I believe in returning to yourself, slowly, in a way that lasts.
My coaching is built on three movements, drawn from the same Fulfillment Blueprint that anchors my book.
Vision – Sometimes the life you're meant for is already laid out in front of you— you just haven't been able to see it yet.
Vision is the moment that changes. When what was blurry becomes clear. When what you'd been pushing aside finally gets your attention. When the picture stops being someone else's and becomes yours.
Once you can see it, you can intentionally live it with purpose.
Structure – Vision without structure scatters. It stays a feeling. A wish. Something that lives in your head but never makes it into your week.
Structure is the guided energy that moves you forward. Simple, sustainable rhythms that protect your time, your attention, and your peace — so the life you've finally seen has a way to actually take shape.
Not rigid. Not heroic. Just steady. The kind of practice you can live inside for the long run
Results – Results aren't a finish line. They're an internal shift.
It's the calm that settles in when you realize you've reached a place that was always there — you just didn't know how to get there. Quieter mornings. Cleaner relationships. The ability to say no without guilt and yes without resentment. A steady sense of being in your own life again.
Vision, Structure, and Results aren't three separate pillars. They're one alignment — the same truth, seen, walked, and finally lived.

The Circle of Strength: A Life-Changing Journey of Growth and Resilience
I wrote this book because I'd lived through enough — losing my wife, raising my daughters on my own, rebuilding after a marriage that nearly cost me everything — that I started to wonder if any of what I'd learned could help someone else.
It's a memoir. It's a guide. It's a short, honest book — 93 pages — meant to be read slowly, a chapter at a time, in the quiet moments when the question won't leave you alone.
If something on this page is pulling at you, the book is where to start.

The Circle Letter
Once a week, I send a short letter. Sometimes a story. Sometimes a question worth sitting with. Sometimes a piece of what I'm learning right now, at 65, still figuring out who I am at this stage of life.
No fluff. No marketing. Just honest writing to keep the conversation going.

A Few Honest Questions
How do I know if coaching is right for me? The best way to find out is to talk. I offer a free 30-minute Clarity Call — no pitch, no pressure, just a real conversation about where you are and whether what I do is a fit. If it is, we move forward. If it isn't, you leave with something useful anyway.
How can I justify the cost? Investing in coaching is an investment in your quality of life — your peace, your relationships, your energy, your future. We focus on changes that create lasting impact, not temporary motivation. Flexible payment options are available.
How does this fit into a busy life? Coaching is built for real life, not empty calendars. Sessions are focused and efficient, designed to make meaningful progress even with a full plate. Together we create a rhythm that supports you rather than adds to your stress.
My spouse isn't on board. How do I handle that? Common, and workable. We can talk through how to share your reasons in a grounded, positive way. When helpful, we can include a session where your spouse is invited so they can ask questions and understand how this benefits both of you.
What if I don't see quick results? Some shifts happen early — feeling more clear, more seen, more grounded. Other changes take time, especially ones involving long-held patterns. Coaching is a process. You'll have ongoing support, practical tools, and space to integrate what you're learning — so the results are real and sustainable.
